Our Story Begins
For more than 15 years, we have specialized in the repair and maintenance of marine engines from all major manufacturers. Customer satisfaction is our top priority – which is why we continuously optimize our processes to provide you with the best possible service.
We provide everything from a single source: from planning and transport to on-board repairs and extensive work in our own workshop. A well-stocked inventory of common spare parts and a large pool of exchange components allow us to reduce downtime for our customers to an absolute minimum.
Our technicians have extensive experience in repair and troubleshooting. From 500 kW auxiliary diesel engines to large two-stroke main engines in the highest output range – we cover virtually the entire spectrum of new and proven marine diesel engines and also carry out mechanical machining directly on site when required.
I bring 15 years of field service experience for a well-known engine manufacturer, whose logo consists of two large and one small letter. The decision to become self-employed was encouraged and supported by loyal long-term customers, which allowed us to enjoy a promising start.
Thanks to this motivation, we quickly began to grow. Former colleagues and valuable contacts were reactivated, allowing us to rapidly assemble a capable team that continues to grow and learn.
We are not your typical company – we operate with flat hierarchies and short communication paths. Every team leader is responsible for their own projects and communicates directly and easily with our clients. This not only boosts efficiency but also fosters close collaboration, which we see as essential.
Every day, we take on new challenges and are grateful for the great trust our customers place in us. Strong Maritime Connection
The company name Aller-Weser-Motoren reflects our connection to the maritime world – not far from our headquarters, the Aller flows into the Weser. While seagoing vessels can’t reach us directly, our location is ideal: from Verden, you can reach the ports of Emden, Wilhelmshaven, Bremen, Bremerhaven, and Hamburg in just over an hour.
