Aller-Weser-Motoren was founded in 2023 with a clear objective: to combine technical know-how, clear communication and practical, hands-on solutions.

We work without detours or unnecessary hierarchical ballast. Lean structures and clearly defined responsibilities ensure that decisions are taken quickly and projects are executed efficiently. Every foreman or technician is directly responsible for their jobs and is in direct contact with the customer. This creates transparency, short response times and tangible results.

Our team of 12 employees works every day in the workshop and on site, overhauling machinery, troubleshooting, implementing solutions and taking care of spare-parts supply. The combination of experience, practical know-how and technical expertise is our greatest asset.

We are at home where the river Aller flows into the Weser.
From our location in Verden we have direct access to the major ports of Northern Germany. This strategic position enables us to be on site at very short notice – flexible, fast and reliable.
